Private Dining & Room Hire
Fait Maison has a private dining room at the Salon de Thé (144 Gloucester Road) and our Kensington branch (3 Stratford Road) can be exclusively hired. We operate a minimum spend hire policy, which includes the hire of the space for a given period of time and any Fait Maison food up to and including the hire rate. Anything from the bill that exceeds the hire rate will then need to be settled at the end of your event. We are always happy to help with decorations. You can ask for one of our bespoke birthday cakes to be made in advance, our team are here to help make your event truly wonderful. Please note that only Fait Maison food, cakes etc can be consumed on our premises.

The details for our private party room at the Salon de Thé, 144 Gloucester Road are as follows:
There’s no standard hire fee but a minimum spend of £460.
Maximum capacity 10 – 12 people.
2 hour time limit per booking. The additional room hire charge per hour is £160.
Decorations can be supplied on request.
Only Fait Maison food to be consumed – no external food to be brought in.
Special celebration cakes and bespoke cookies can be ordered in advance (only Fait Maison cakes are permitted on our premises). The cost of celebration cakes ordered in advance is not included under the minimum spend fee.

Full venue hire, maximum capacity 30 people, minimum 15. Hire packages start at £1500 and are quoted per each event preference and can include:
Decor/table set up
Set menu
Welcome drinks
Single tier custom cake
