How can I reserve a table?
Bookings for 6 people or less can all be made via our website, please head to www.fait-maison.co.uk/reservations.
During busy periods and over the summer months (May, June, July and August), online bookings are only available at certain times and at all other times especially over the weekends we run on a walk-in basis only. See locations page and reservations page for the latest opening hours.
Tables of 7 or more at the Salon de Thé, - please send a text message to our Events Manager directly using the WhatsApp account – +447926559203
Bookings can be made online at both Gloucester Road branches – we do accept walk-ins too.
We run on a walk-in basis only at Stratford Road – but you can phone the branch to book on 020 7937 2777 in advance.

Private hire at Fait Maison
The details for hiring one of our private dining rooms can be found here. Please note that only Fait Maison birthday and celebration cakes are permitted in our premises. If you’d like a bespoke cake for your event, please order one week in advance. Cakes are not included in the basic minimum spend hire price.
Which is the largest branch of Fait Maison?
The Salon de Thé at 144 is our largest branch and home to Chef Om Waleed.
Deliveries & takeaway orders
Fait Maison does not make specific deliveries unless it’s for a pre-agreed large catering order. If you are local and would like a takeaway, you can use either of the following options (or just pop in if you are passing).

Please note that all private catering orders must be paid for in full no later than five days prior to your order.

Afternoon tea
The Afternoon Tea Menu at Fait Maison can be found here.
Afternoon tea is £32.95 per person and is served from 1pm onwards. To ensure availability please mention that you would like afternoon tea in the special request box when making your reservation. Reservations can be made using this link www.fait-maison.co.uk/reservations
Afternoon tea vouchers are available to purchase on line in our Gift Shop.
What’s on the menu?

Is Fait Maison’s meat halal?
Yes, all Fait Maison’s meat is from the halal butcher’s Miller of Kensington (Stratford Road, London W8).
How long can I stay at my table when I visit?
Ordinarily we turn tables around in an hour and a half for a table of four and two hours for a table of six people. If you hire one of our private dining rooms, the standard turnaround time is two hours.
Service Charge
A service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill (15% at our Berkeley Street branch).
Cancellation Policy
If you fail to attend for a reservation, a flat rate £25 fee per person will be charged.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please use the cancellation link via the Open Table link on your booking confirmation or call the relevant branch.
Please be aware that when the restaurant is busy we may need to impose a time restriction on your table. If you would like to cancel or amend this reservation, please use the link on your confirmation email or email hello@fait-maison.co.uk
Food allergies, intolerances including nuts and sesame seeds
We CANNOT guarantee a nut-free menu. There are sesame seeds and nuts in many of our dishes, we cannot ensure a nut-free environment in our kitchens. We do not offer any specific nut-free dishes.
Birthday celebration singing
There is s £15 charge for the team to come to the table to sing happy birthday. Please let the staff know if you would like them to provide this service. The proceeds are all shared directly between the staff members on duty.
