For over 25 years, Mohamed El-Banna ran his own organic butchers and simultaneously provided quality catering for embassies and private functions alike – Fait Maison’s fruition was only natural. And now, as well as sourcing the best quality meat – his vast knowledge of food, creativity, experience in the trade and passion means that Fait Maison is producing some of the most delicious and wholesome food for the last decade.
With several years of sourcing and supplying some of the finest produce around the UK, Mohamed Osman came together with lifelong friend to put together their years of knowledge, connections and passion for freshly made, good quality food. And with a hands-on approach to business and to life, he now runs Fait Maison with the same enthusiasm and ethos that he had for the produce he used to supply.
As an aesthetically conscious company, Fait Maison’s own Creative Director is the driving force behind all our displays and the general environment of each West London traiteur. Yvonne’s designs reflect the season and the style of our restaurants and are highly admired by both customers and staff.
